<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use purchase information management device by which input operation of purchase information shown on a receipt can be easily implemented. <P>SOLUTION: Image information of a receipt obtained by an image terminal device 120 is transmitted to an information management device 110. An amount of each product and a total amount are extracted from the results of recognition carried out by the information management device 110. A total of the amount of each extracted product is calculated.
