<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales promotion object suitable for an extracted distributor by extracting the distributor proper for each sales plan. <P>SOLUTION: When a period for selling merchandise is selected, this sales promotion object preparation system generates a document where the name of merchandise to be sold in this period and the price of merchandise are arranged. This sales promotion object preparation system specifies the terminal of the distributor which sells the merchandise of the selected merchandise name, and presents the generated document to the specified terminal.
