MOTOR DRIVER, MOTOR CONTROLLER AND MOTOR DRIVE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driver which gives stable torque to a motor even if there is a large change in the acceleration of a DC motor.

SOLUTION: The motor driver includes a position signal generator for generating a first position signal having a first resolution of an electrical angle of the same resolution as a detection signal, and a second position having a resolution of an electrical angle higher than the first position signal based on the detection signal detected at the position of the rotor of the DC motor for each predetermined electrical angle; a rotating speed detector for detecting whether the rotating speed of the rotor is lower than a first threshold based on the detection signal; and an energization controller for controlling the energization of each phase of the stator winding based on the first position signal when the rotating speed of the rotor is lower than the first threshold, and controlling the energization of each phase of the stator winding based on the second position signal when the rotating speed of the rotor is the first threshold or higher.
