PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable judgment of the lack of lubricating oil by exactly enabling judgment of a detection object when detecting the oil level depending on a temperature difference. SOLUTION: An air conditioner is provided with a compressor 11 to make a refrigeration cycle. The compressor 11 sucks, compresses and discharges refrigerant, while lubricating oil is stored in a casing 30. The compressor 11 is equipped with temperature sensors 40a, 40b for detecting the temperatures of refrigerant gas and lubricating oil. The first temperature sensor 40a is integrated with a closed terminal 41 installed in the top of the compressor 11 to always detect the refrigerant temperature. The second temperature sensor 40b is installed in the lower limit position of lubricating oil stayed in the compressor 11 to judge the amount of lubricating oil from the detected temperatures of the two temperature sensors 40a, 40b.
