<p>A composition comprising genistein, flavianic acid, daidzein, daidzin and a peptide having the amino acid sequence of tyrosine-glycine-serine-arginine-serine. Further, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition having an antiinflammatory activity, produced from the above composition. Still further, there is provided a process for producing the composition, comprising isolation of the individual compounds. Use is made of a heating/extraction/condensation system for efficiently recovering compound derivatives from coffee beans.</p> |
