<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer for printing an image of high image quality by suppressing an influence on image quality of a winding member for winding a recording paper on a photoreceptor to the minimum. <P>SOLUTION: A carrying roller 6, a winding roller 8, transfer units 36a and 36b are arranged so that a line La connecting between the center Ca of a roller 38a and a transfer point Ta and a line Lb connecting between the center Cb of a roller 38b and a transfer point Tb are inclined with a center line A-A, and also, nearly symmetrical to the center line A-A. By defining the winding width W of the paper S on the belt photoreceptors 32a and 32b so as to establish 5 mm≤W≤25 mm, the fixed winding width of the paper S on the belt photoreceptors 32a and 32b is secured, dispensing with the installation of a winding roller between printing units 30a and 30b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
