DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SELECTIVELY PULLING IN CUTTING PIECE FROM PILE OR RECEIVING CUTTING PIECE FROM SEPARATING CUTTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost for manufacture and maintenance of a device; to reduce a required space of the device; and to reduce generation of noise, in the form of delivering a cutting piece selectively pulled in from a pile by a vacuum guide roller or the cutting piece received from a separating cutting device, to a succeeding work area for processing the cutting piece at a cycle speed, by providing the vacuum guide roller, in the device for pulling in the cutting piece from the pile or receiving the cutting piece cut off from a belt material by the separating cutting device from the separating cutting device.

SOLUTION: The vacuum guide roller is formed of a sector roller. The sector roller is accelerated to the cycle speed by selectively pulling in the cutting piece from the pile, or is accelerated to the cycle speed by receiving the cutting piece from the separating cutting device.
