<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen separation sheet which has both sufficient hydrogen permeability and mechanical strength, and is inexpensive compared with a conventional one, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the hydrogen separation sheet A, a hydrogen permeable material B is fixed to a porous sheet material 1 having a plurality of through holes 2 so as to fill the plurality of through holes 2.
