METHOD FOR PRODUCING NEGATIVE IONIC POWDER, ADHESIVE, SEAL AND MOLDING SYNTHETIC RESIN MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for producing a negative ionic powder which enables freshness preservation by preventing oxidation reaction due to the reducing action of negative ions and is mixed with an adhesive to be coated on a seal and a molding synthetic resin raw material, an adhesive, a seal, and a molding synthetic resin material.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the negative ionic powder is constituted by a ceramicizing step of mixing at least zirconium oxide, silica, phosphoric acid, and tourmaline which are pulverized to one micron or less and firing the resulting mixture to process it into ceramics and a powder processing step of pulverizing the ceramics formed in the ceramicizing step to several microns or less to process them into a negative ionic powder.
