PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent change data corresponding to the information of office equipment from being easily changed by any other operator, and to surely execute change processing corresponding to the information of office equipment intended by a setter.

SOLUTION: The information of office equipment is read as a display picture in response to a request from an operator, and the change of the information of the office equipment by the others is turned into an inhibited status in response to an inhibition request of the change of the information of the office equipment by the others from the operator (S35), and changes the information of the office equipment based on change data corresponding to the information of the office equipment designated by the operator in this status.
