PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication station, a communication method, and a communication system adopting an MT-TA interface specification and capable of performing handover between different radio communication systems. SOLUTION: When a wireless line controller (MTF1) 1 receives a handover request from a corresponding mobile network (NW1) 7, a wireless line controller (MTF2) 2 communicates with a corresponding mobile networks (NW2) 8 and completes handover processing on a wireless line. Then, transmission in which an adapter (TAF1) 3 cooperates with the wireless line controller (MTF1) 1 is switched to transmission in which an adapter (TAF2) 10 cooperates with the wireless line controller (MTF2) 2.
