PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnosing apparatus which effectively extracts diagnosis information at a fine blood vessel divergence level. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnosing apparatus is equipped with an ultrasonic probe 12 which transmits an ultrasonic wave to a subject P, and receives an echo signal from the ultrasonic wave, an image forming section 24f which forms a plurality of sheets of first image data F from the echo signal received by the ultrasonic probe 12, and an image processing circuit 24c. The image processing circuit 24c performs an unnecessary signal filtering process for removing white noises existing on each first image data by using at least two sheets from among a plurality of sheets of the first image data formed by the image forming section 24f, and forms a plurality of sheets of second image data G. At the same time, the image processing circuit 24c performs a maximum value retaining operation for adopting a maximum luminosity value from among spatially corresponding pixels by using at least two sheets from among a plurality of sheets of the second image data, and forms third image data H.
