PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amine catalyst composition for producing a flexible polyurethane foam, with which the foam is obtained in good productivity and moldability, while improving a working environment on the production of the flexible polyurethane foam and improving the amine odor of the final foam product, and to provide a production method using the same. SOLUTION: This method for producing the flexible polyurethane resin from a polyol and a polyisocyanate is characterized by using a polyurethane resin production catalyst composition comprising a salt of 3-dimethylaminopropionitrile and the salt of a bicyclic tertiary amine represented by the general formula (1) [(n) is an integer of 1 to 3] with an organic acid.
