PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform fellow passengers of the condition of a driver while reducing mental influence to the driver as much as possible. SOLUTION: A condition display device 10 has a driver measuring section 101 for acquiring at least one of the biological information and the action information of the driver and a driver signal processing section 102, a driver condition estimating section 104 estimating the physical condition of the driver based on at least one of the acquired biological information and the action information, a fellow passenger measuring section 111 acquiring at least one of the biological information and the action information of the fellow passenger riding the car driven by the driver together with the driver and a fellow passenger signal processing section 112, a fellow passenger condition estimating section 114 estimating the mental condition of the fellow passenger based on at least one of the acquired biological information and the action information, a propriety of display determining section 121 determining whether or not to display the condition information showing the physical condition of the driver based on the estimated mental condition, and a display section 120 displaying the condition information based on the determination.
