PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete placing means capable of forming an excellent smoothness, levelness and workability in the placement of ready-mixed concrete when placing the ready-mixed concrete for forming an even, level floor surface layer on the floor backing by replacing the conventional method having no stability in quality wherein the ready-mixed concrete is placed and leveled by using a plurality of working faces, rulers and levels located in advance; or in another conventional method wherein no working faces are used and a straight rail for sliding a leveling tool is held to a predetermined manner by supports usable only when they are aligned with the position of drilled holes made to the rail. SOLUTION: A right-angled quadrangular frame for sliding the leveling tool is placed on the working faces and the even, level floor surface layer is formed in a wide area by contacting a horizontal ribbed flat plate attached to the frame to the working faces through a wide area, or by attaching a plate-shaped auxiliary device capable of freely changing the gripping position of the flat plate when holding the right-angled quadrangular frame for sliding the leveling tool by the supports.
