PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-panel fitting fixture for fitting a thin panel such as ALC panel on a skeleton of a building, which does not leave a trace of a nail or a bolt on a wall panel and prevents the panel from being damaged by a force acting in the direction outward of the surface, and a thin-panel fitting structure using the fitting fixture. SOLUTION: The fitting structure for fitting the panel comprises a base section comprising a vertical face to be abutted against the skeleton of the building, an arm section extended horizontally from the top end of the base section along a cut end face of the panel and a bent section suspended downward vertically from the tip end of the arm section, all of which sections are integrated and shaped into an L-shaped cross-section. The tip end of the bent section may be shaped in a claw or a rod. The panel fitting structure fits the panel on the skeleton by clamping the cut end face of the panel with the bent section or causing the bent section to bite the cut end face of the panel for holding the panel.
