PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material which is for use in rehabilitation in a hospital, caregiving facilities, etc., and takes into consideration walking ease, shock absorbency, lightweight properties, etc. SOLUTION: The floor material is defined such that a deformation amount thereof when a 10 kg load is applied thereto is in the range not less than 6.0 mm and not more than 12.0 mm according to a compressive test method using a compression jig described in a JIS L 1096 8-16-2 B METHOD (2001), and that a difference in the deformation amount between application of the 10 kg load and a 20 kg load is in the range more than 3.0 mm and less than 5.0 mm.
