Modulation of Nanos 1 expression

摘要

Compounds, compositions and methods are provided for modulating the expression of Nanos 1. The compositions comprise oligonucleotides, targeted to nucleic acid encoding Nanos 1. Methods of using these compounds for modulation of Nanos 1 expression and for diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions associated with expression of Nanos 1 are provided.
