TIP SAW

A tip saw (10) has a circular base metal (11) and tooth bodies (12) protruding radially outward from continuously and equally spaced positions on the outer periphery of the base metal (11). On the front face side in the rotating direction of each of the tooth bodies (12), first tips (C1) and second tips (C2) are arranged and fixed such that a set composed of two first tips (C1) and one second tip (C2) appears repeatedly. The first tip (C1) has a saw set dimension of S1 at the position of the maximum width W1 of the tip, and the rotation radius at the position of the maximum width W1 is R1. The second tip (C2) has a saw set dimension of S2 at the position of the maximum width W2 of the tip, and the rotation radius at the position of the maximum width W2 is R1. The saw set dimension S2 is smaller than the saw set dimension S1 by 0.01 - 0.05 mm.
