PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shop device capable of setting a conversion rate between another grouping point issued by another shop and an own grouping point for each commodity or each period.

SOLUTION: A conversion rate and its application condition for each shop are stored in a conversion rate storage part. The number of points of a shop desired by a customer for use is read from an IC card shown by the customer. From a plurality of conversion rates previously set for the shop desired by the customer for use, a conversion rate matching a commodity to be purchased by the customer and a purchase date is read to be converted into the number of points of the own grouping by multiplication between the number of points issued by the shop and the conversion rate. A purchase amount of the customer is discounted by an amount matching the converted number of own grouping points.
