<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information carrier of high information density in which jitter is less. <P>SOLUTION: In manufacturing of this optical information carrier, a photoresist layer (20) on a master disk (3) is exposed by a radiation beam (19). The intensity of the radiation beam (19) is controlled by a control device (10) and a modulator (14) so that the expose dose has the constant predetermined value over the length of a recorded region.
