<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful gas removing apparatus which has a simple structure and with which harmful gas can effectively be removed. <P>SOLUTION: The neutralization of the harmful gas is promoted much more in a first circularly cleaning tank 10 by causing a neutralizer jetted from spouting nozzles 13<SB>1</SB>-13<SB>3</SB>arranged near an inlet-side opening 12 to pass through a gas-liquid contact layer 15. Water is jetted from the spouting nozzle 23 of a second circularly cleaning tank 20, which is arranged at the succeeding stage of the first circularly cleaning tank 10 for treating harmful gas, so that the harmful gas passing through the opening 22 of the second circularly cleaning tank 20 is furthermore removed and negative pressure is generated for guiding the harmful gas in a predetermined direction in the second circularly cleaning tank. As a result, it is not necessary to arrange equipment such as a fan for making the harmful gas flow in a predetermined direction, so that the structure of this harmful gas removing apparatus can be made simple and harmful gas can effectively be removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
