PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight steel floor for a clean room having further high strength. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the steel floor for the clean room, includes a process of cutting a steel raw material in a frame strip of the predetermined size and a cover plate of the fixed size, a processing process of opening a plurality of air vents in a diagonal associated position of the cover plate by punching a plurality of fitting grooves with every frame strip, an assembling process of laying the cover plate on its structure by forming the frame structure by vertically inserting and contacting the mutual fitting grooves of the frame strip by arranging and assembling a plurality of frame strips in the vertical-horizontal direction on a graphite bracket plate, a first heat treatment process of removing stress by being inserted into a first heat treatment furnace by applying a weight on the cover plate of an assembled frame, a soldering process of soldering a joint of this frame after correcting a deformation quantity to the frame completed with first heat treatment, and a process of welding by being inserted into a continuous furnace by applying a weight on the cover plate by placing the soldering completed frame on the graphite bracket plate.
