PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an astronomic observation dome suitable for arranging a large and highly accurate radio telescope, easily opening and closing roofs arranged on a dome body, and taking a countermeasure against a strong wind blowing from an external part, a dust, sand and refuse, in the astronomic observation dome of a semicircular shape on a square shape. SOLUTION: This astronomic observation room is composed of a dome body 2 for surrounding the four-side periphery of an observation room space 11, and the angle-shaped roofs 3a and 3b for covering the upper side of the observation room space 11. A protective film 6 for covering the upper side of the observation room space is arranged inside the roofs. Guide rails 4, 5, 7 and 8 are horizontally arranged in the ridge direction in the dome body 2. The roofs 3a and 3b and the protective film 6 are movably supported by the guide rails.
