PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of pressure-imparting knee socks imparting pressure stepwise to a leg part, mainly the calf, and making the leg part including the arch of the foot high-pressure so as to quicken relief from fatigue of the foot. SOLUTION: The pair pressure-imparting knee socks is composed of a leg part comprising a rib top part, a front shank side and a back calf side, and a foot part including an ankle part, a heel part and an arch part. The knee socks are knitted by inserting insertion yarn comprising elastic yarn into knitting yarn of parts excluding at least the heel part, using spun yarn for the front yarn of a tiptoe part and the heel part, and filament twist yarn for back yarn, and inserting reinforced yarn into the back yarn. Furthermore, the socks are knitted by successively shortening the length of knit stitch from the top to the bottom in the leg part, making the length of the knit stitch of shank side long and the length of the knit stitch of calf side 14 short, successively decreasing the supply quantity of the insertion yarn from the upper part to the lower part of the leg part to make the pressure of the upper part soft.
