PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional image forming device wherein, since mist cannot be prevented from reversely flowing to a recording head side, clogging occurs at an outlet or spattering direction of drips is bent and, accordingly, image quality is deteriorated or a structure for preventing the mist from reversely flowing becomes complicated. SOLUTION: A conveyor belt 21 is charged while a non-charge area 203 in which charge is not applied is formed in the conveyor belt 21 between a positive pole charge area 201 to which positive charge is applied and a negative charge area 202 to which negative charge is applied.
