PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient train boarding state reporting device and a boarding state reporting system, which effectively report a boarding state of a train to a user, provide useful information to the user, and relieve congestion. SOLUTION: This train boarding state reporting system for reporting the boarding state of each rolling stock of the train to the user is provided with: a plurality of display devices 33 arranged in correspondence with respective entrance positions 50 of the train to stop, indicating the entrance position 50, displaying the boarding state of the plurality of trains with vehicles having the entrance in correspondence with the entrance position 50, and reporting the information to the user near the entrance position 50.
