PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thin sheet-like ceramic plate efficiently and a ceramic plate with high flatness obtained by this manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the thin sheet-like ceramic plate comprises a green sheet formation process which forms a green sheet which consists of a ceramic raw material 311, a separation material arrangement process which carries out the arrangement of a separation material 312 including a material burned down by firing on the surface of a blanking domain for blanking a sheet strip 31 in the surface of the green sheet, a blanking process which blanks the blanking domain from the green sheet and obtains the sheet strip 31, a laminating process which laminates the blanked sheet strip 31 and forms an intermediate laminated body 30, a firing process which obtains a fired laminated body in which ceramic layers are laminated by firing the intermediate laminated body 30, and a separation process which obtains the ceramic plate by separating each ceramic layers constituting the fired laminated body.
