PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer film for heat lamination which shows outstanding various characteristics such as heat resistance and suitability for heat lamination and an extremely low incidence of peeling in the case of plate working and excellent so-called falling can strength, and a multi-layer film-laminated metallic plate and a method for manufacturing the metallic plate. SOLUTION: In the multi-layer film 1 for heat lamination, an adhesive layer 2 contains an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer polymerized by a metallocene catalyst, with 860 to 930 kg/m<SP>3</SP>density, 0.1 to 50 g/10 min. melt flow rate (MFR), not less than 3Cα-olefin, and not less than 15 number of branches per 1,000C atoms in a straight chain of a copolymer. A base layer 3 is composed of a resin composition which contains a respectively specified amount of a propylene-α-olefin copolymer and a soft polymer.
