PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL, GLASS SUBSTRATE THEREFOR, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a plasma display panel capable of quickly discriminating the degree of drying in a dielectric coated film, and capable of improving quality in a baked dielectric layer. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a process S2 for forming the dielectric coated film on a substrate and an electrode by a dielectric material containing a colored organic material or a thermochromatism organic material, a process S3 for drying the dielectric coated film, an inspection process S4 for discriminating the degree of drying in the dielectric coated film, and a baking process S5 for baking the dielectric coated film to form the dielectric layer. The degree of drying in the dielectric coated film is discriminated according to a gray scale or color unevenness in the color of the dielectric coated film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
