PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling structure for permitting reduction in the number of components, improvement in productivity, reduction in splicing losses, and improvement in dust-/water-proofness. SOLUTION: A convex lens 14a is formed at the ferrule tip part 14 of each ferrule 11. Also, a plug cylinder part 30 for making each ferrule tip part 14 counter to one connector housing 15 is formed. Moreover, to seal the ferrule tip part 14, sealing members 17 are positioned between each ferrule 11 and one and the other connector housings 15, 16.
