PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a testing by using a small amount of a solution to be tested, and to conduct the testing with high precision, by accurately controlling a transferring quantity of the solution to be tested. SOLUTION: A micro fluid device used in conducting the testing on the solution to be tested is structured so that an injection opening AT1 for injecting the solution is positioned in at least one point of a channel of a chip, one or more of heating parts KN1-3 for conducting the testing on the solution injected into the channel are positioned therein, a micro pump MP1 is positioned therein, the inside of the micro pump and the channel around an inlet opening and an outlet opening are filled with a driving liquid comprising a liquid for driving the solution to be tested, a gas is charged into a space between the solution and the driving liquid in the channel, so as to prevent the solution and the liquid from bringing into contact with each other directly, and the solution to be tested is passed through the channel in normal and reverse directions with the aid of the gas, by repeatedly driving the micro pump in the normal and reverse directions, so as to transfer the driving liquid in the normal and reverse directions, and therefore, the solution to be tested is repeatedly transferred or passed through a testing part.
