<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed circuit board of which a portion, where a sensor is provided and thinned, and to provide a fuel cell having the flexible printed circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: In the flexible printed circuit board (FPC1), a conductive pattern is formed on a flexible base film 10.
