<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient anchor block for securely fixing a pipe adaptably to the elongation of the pipe or as required with simple placing work while considering anticorrosiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The anchor block using a synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene is formed into an approximately rectangular solid. It has a pipe placing V-shaped groove formed in the crosswise center in parallel to the longitudinal direction and flat faces on both sides excluding an area where the V-shaped groove is formed. Through the flat face on each side, four mounting holes are provided as through-holes.
