FREQUENCY REGULATION SYSTEM, DEVICE AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency regulation system using a Van der Pol oscillator which adjusts a noise signal in order to extract a frequency of a signal hidden in the noise, and to supervise a property such as a machinery or the like. SOLUTION: A composite signal (22) at an interested frequency (26) includes a first spectrum having all of the maximum spectral peaks corresponding to the noise signal (28) in which an interested signal (24) is hidden in the noise signal (28). The composite signal (22) is regulated to a regulated signal (42) to suppress the noise signal (44). The acquired signal (22) is processed using the Van der Pol oscillator (40) prepared with a parameter so as to constitute a second spectrum having the maximum spectral peak corresponding to the interested signal (24) having all of other smaller spectral peaks. The property signal is processed by extracting the interested frequency (26) from the regulated signal (42) using an extraction module (60) used for an offer of the property information.
