PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of a motor which reduces material cost and mounting work by reducing the inferior insulation of a junction which connects winding ends pulled out of slots of the stator of the motor, or a winding end with a lead wire. SOLUTION: In this stator of the motor, an insulating member to insulate a junction is made into a tubular insulating member where an insulating film in a shape of a thin plate is wound into a tubular form, in the junction which connects the winding ends pulled out of the slots of the stator of the motor with each other or the winding end with the lead wire, and two points of welds are formed at the roughly center of the tubular insulating member, and a place between one weld and the other weld is folded into two, and the junction is inserted from both openings at both ends of the tubular insulating member. Especially, a good effect can be obtained by using the tubular insulating member to a stator for a concentrated winding system of the motor where a winding is wound directly to teeth of the stator.
