PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate connecting tool 10 and a portable electronic terminal equipment 1 using this by setting a substrate fixing frame 30 between a plurality of wiring boards 20, while enhancing the rigidity of the wiring board 20, and for preventing reduction in the mounting area of the wiring board 20, in the substrate fixing frame 30. SOLUTION: This substrate connecting tool 10, for electrically connecting wiring boards 20 positioned at the both sides of a substrate fixing frame 30, is provided with a body 11 fixed to the substrate fixing frame 30, and terminal members 12 arranged in the body 11 so as to be connected to the respective wiring boards 20 positioned on the both side of the substrate fixing frame 30.
