PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state laser device capable of always suppressing high frequency noise components of light. SOLUTION: A high-pass filter 12 for filtering high-frequency noise components from a light output, and a negative feedback circuit 13 for controlling the drive current of semiconductor laser 3 for suppressing the high-frequency noise components, are provided in a laser oscillation unit housing 15. Since a large time constant related to the high-frequency noise components will not be generated in a transmission path, the high-frequency noise components of light can be fully suppressed. Since the high-pass filter 12 and the negative feedback circuit 13 operate at all times, the high-frequency noise components of the light can be suppressed at all times. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
