PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel capable of preventing erroneous discharge in a non-discharge region. SOLUTION: This plasma display panel includes: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed by facing each other; a plurality of display electrodes extended and formed on the first substrate; a plurality of address electrodes extended and formed on the second substrate so as to cross the display electrodes; barrier ribs arranged in a space between the first substrate and the second substrate to form, while forming a plurality of discharge cells, non-discharge regions in spaces between the discharge cells adjacent to each other in the extending direction of the address electrodes; and a phosphor formed in the respective discharge cells. Each of the non-discharge regions includes an exposure region where one side of the display electrode is exposed.
