摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode-fixing bulb shaping device for stably shaping and forming a constriction on a bead of a mount inserted into a bulb tube body at an appropriate position and in an appropriate shape, regardless of the outside size of an electrode of a cold-cathode fluorescent lamp. SOLUTION: This cold-cathode fluorescent lamp manufacturing device is characterized by comprising: a mount insertion means 13 for inserting the mount 19 comprising a second electrode 19a and a bead part 19b jointed to the electrode from the lower end of a rotating bulb chuck 10 catching a glass bulb 18 with a first electrode sealed to its one-side end rotatably around the long axis of the glass bulb 18 by disposing the electrode on the upper side thereof and from the lower end of the glass bulb 18 caught by the rotating bulb chuck 10; a heating means for softening the glass bulb at the height position of a jointing part between the second electrode and the bead part of the mount inserted into the glass bulb by the means; and a shaping means for forming a constriction on the tube wall of the glass bulb in the part heated by the means in its circumferential direction.
