PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a year-round tire capable of enhancing the on-snow performance by compatibly enhancing the shear force of snow column on a snowy road surface and the snow removability without impairing the steering stability on a dry road surface. SOLUTION: A plurality of projections 6 are formed in a groove wall of a lug groove 3 to demarcate a block 4, and a recessed groove 7 having the width w equivalent to 20-40% of the groove width W on a tread surface of the lug groove 3 is formed on the bottom side of the groove wall along the extension direction of the lug groove 3.
