PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable photoelectric sensor capable of changing the size or the shape of a light spot, while maintaining detection accuracy. SOLUTION: Light generated from a light source is floodlighted to an object in a detection domain through an optical fiber cable 20 and a fiber light draw-out part 200. The fiber light draw-out part 200 is constituted of a holder member 210, a slide member 220, a plate spring 230 and a lever member 240. The optical fiber cable 20 is mounted on the holder member 210. The slide member 220 is mounted slidably in the Y-direction on the slit support surface 213 of the holder member 210 so that one surface of a slit part 221 of the slide member 220 becomes flat with the end face 214 of the optical fiber cable 20. Through holes 221a, 221b, 221c having different sizes and shapes are provided in the slit part 221. Light from the optical fiber cable 20 is emitted from one of the through holes 221a, 221b, 221c.
