PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily and quickly retrieve and acquire target information. SOLUTION: Design or a function approximately identical to a picture of a corresponding site is provided based on stored simulation picture information and a simulation picture where an access switch with which a URL of the site is associated is arranged is displayed. When it is detected that the access switch of the simulation picture is operated, access to the URL associated with the access switch is started and display is switched from the off-line simulation picture to an on-line actual site picture without giving the user a sense of incongruity. By performing like this, the user can easily and quickly retrieve and acquire the target information from the site only by preliminarily understanding a site operation on the simulation picture having the design or function approximately identical to that of the picture of the corresponding site and after that, performing the understood operation on the actual site picture.
