PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof radio wave absorbing panel having excellently both sound wave absorbing performance and radio wave absorbing performance. SOLUTION: This soundproof radio wave absorbing panel is constituted so as to absorb a sound wave by a sound absorbing material 15 by passing the sound wave while protecting the inside sound absorbing material 15 from a flying object from an external part, by absorbing a radio wave by a mesh structure 1 constituted by installing a linear body 5 in a mesh shape by covering the surface of a reinforced cord 3 composed of an Aramid fiber with an epoxy resin blended with a particle having a radio wave absorbing capacity.
