ANISOTROPICALLY CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE FILM, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND CIRCUIT CONNECTION STRUCTURE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropically conductive adhesive film keeping adhesive force of an adhesive and having the adhesive force after pot life same as before the pot life, a method for producing the same and a circuit connection structure using the same. SOLUTION: The method for producing the film is to put an adhesive composition solution in which the adhesive composition is dissolved or dispersed in a solvent on a support and evaporate the solvent. The composition used in the method contains≥60wt.% organic solvent (A) having≤250mmHg vapor pressure at 70°C and≤100mmHg vapor pressure at 40°C, based on the total amount of the used solvent.
