<p>A micro-miniature fluid ejecting device with low cost construction is disclosed. The fluid ejecting device includes a semiconductor substrate (24) having fluid ejectors (18) formed on a surface of the substrate. A flexible circuit (22) is fixedly attached to the semiconductor substrate. The flexible circuit has power contacts (26) for providing power to the fluid ejectors. At least one drive circuit (34) is connected to the fluid ejectors. A fluid sequencer (36) is connected to the drive circuit for selectively activating the fluid ejectors. The drive circuit and fluid sequencer are each disposed on either the semiconductor substrate or the flexible circuit.</p>
