The trousers pocket (1), to hold an insulin pump, is shaped to accommodate the pump with its upper edge at the lower seam (2) of the waistband. The pocket is at the inside of the trousers, about 5 cm from the front trousers opening. The pocket opening, for the insertion and removal of the pump, is 5 cm under its upper edge (3).
