<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hierarchy data control device, a hierarchy data control method and a hierarchy data control program capable of disclosing information reflected with an information control policy of each organization, as to the information related to the each organization. <P>SOLUTION: This hierarchy data control device is provided with an access permission part for permitting to an authority of an optional hierarchy an access to a data corresponding to the authority of the hierarchy same or lower to/than the optional hierarchy, a disclosure permission/rejection setting part capable of setting permission or rejection of disclosure, based on the authority of the optional hierarchy, as to a prescribed data capable of rejecting a disclosure request based on an authority of a hierarchy higher than the authority of the optional hierarchy, out of the data corresponding to the authority of the optional hierarchy, a data selection part for selecting at least either of a prescribed data incapable of rejecting the disclosure request based on the authority of the hierarchy higher than the authority of the optional hierarchy, out of the data corresponding to the authority of the optional hierarchy, or a data set with the permission of the disclosure in the disclosure permission/rejection setting part, based on the disclosure request based on the authority of the hierarchy higher than the authority of the optional hierarchy, and a disclosure execution part for disclosing the selected data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
