PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting circuit capable of uniforming a pulse interval of single fluxoid quantum pulses. SOLUTION: The superconducting circuit comprising a first Josephson transfer line circuit (104), a second Josephson transfer line circuit (105), and a third Josephson transfer line circuit (106) is provided. Each of the first and third Josephson transfer line circuits (104), (106) includes a Josephson junction element and a superconducting inductor to transfer an inputted single fluxoid quantum pulse. The second Josephson transfer line circuit (105) is connected between the first and third Josephson transfer line circuits (104), (106), includes a Josephson junction element and a superconducting inductor, and outputs input single fluxoid quantum pulses at a uniform pulse interval by slowing or delaying the transfer of inputted single fluxoid quantum pulses as compared with the first and third Josephson transfer line circuits (104), (106).
