PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management apparatus used for office equipment and sufficiently recognizing agreement items with respect to a service recipient and urging consideration, including an appropriate operation, points to note; and to provide a management method, a management program, and a management system for the office equipment. SOLUTION: The following are done when remote monitoring/diagnosis are delivered and received between a remote monitoring/diagnosis apparatus and an image forming device having a temporary right to receive the remote monitoring/diagnosis through a network: agreement (S13); and also the establishment of a password determining a right by completing the conclusion of a license agreement contract (S15).
